Our Dogs
Located in Northeast Georgia, just an hour north of Atlanta, Vickery is dedicated to the preservation of the versatile German Shorthaired Pointer. Our dogs are cherished companions who excel in the field, in performance and conformation events, and who translate their natural abilities into proven success in professional detection roles.
Versatility and breed type are cornerstones of our program. We prioritize temperament, health, structure, and instinct in every generation, ensuring dogs who can succeed in a wide range of roles while remaining beloved family members. On occasion, we offer puppies to carefully chosen homes who understand and value the unique needs of this exceptional breed.

As you journey to your final rest,
Take with you this... I loved you best.
Mandi was the most beautiful girl who taught us so much about life. Her infectious joy and optimism caused us to fall in love with the German Shorthaired Pointer. We owe our dedication to the breed to her. She was the most wonderful friend and is missed dearly.
